Refunds Policy


Orders placed on our website are eligible for a refund if the buyer contacts us within 24 hours of purchase. All orders beyond that period cannot be refunded for. 

The cost of shipping the product for return to Zeuskicks is to be borne by the customer only and not by Zeuskicks

Please allow a period of 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited into your bank account. 

To start a return, you can contact us at WhatApp. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
