Cancellation, Returns and Replacement Policy

Cancellation before processing

An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only if order processing or product sourcing has not begun. To request cancellation, contact Zeus Kicks with your order number by email at zeuskickshyd@gmail.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +91 90003 01208.

Once an order has been processed or sourcing has begun, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, preference, size, or colour.

Damaged goods

A return or replacement is accepted only when an item is received damaged. Please contact Zeus Kicks within 24 hours of delivery, keep the item unused and in its original condition, and wait for return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

After the damaged-goods claim is reviewed, Zeus Kicks will provide the applicable return or replacement instructions. Any approved refund is generally processed within 5–7 working days after approval; bank processing time may vary.
