Luxury concierge and marketplace model

Zeus Kicks is a luxury concierge service and marketplace. We hold limited ready inventory, and many products are sourced on demand after an order is confirmed.

Estimated sourcing and delivery time

For sourced products, the estimated time to source and deliver an order is approximately 1–3 working weeks (about 5–15 business days) from order confirmation. Ready-inventory items may be delivered sooner. Product availability and delivery estimates can vary by item and destination.

Packaging

Orders are securely packed, including protective and double-box packaging where appropriate, before shipment.

India and international orders

Free shipping within India applies to eligible orders above ₹20,000. International delivery is available only where it is offered during checkout. International customers are responsible for applicable import taxes, duties, and customs charges, which are not included in the product price and may be collected separately by the carrier or local authority.

Cancellations and damaged goods

Cancellation, return, and replacement conditions are stated in our published Cancellation, Returns and Replacement Policy. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours only if processing or sourcing has not begun. Once processing or sourcing begins, all sales are final. Returns or replacements are accepted only for goods received damaged and reported to Zeus Kicks within 24 hours of delivery.
