Every piece of 925 sterling silver jewellery bought from Zeus Kicks is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
How to tell what is real silver
Only products with "925" or "92.5" in the title (for example "925 Sterling Silver") are real, solid 925 sterling silver: 92.5% pure silver throughout, not silver-plated or coated.
Jewellery without 925 or 92.5 in the title is fashion jewellery made from other metals such as brass, copper or stainless steel. It is not silver, and the silver claims and lifetime warranty on this page do not apply to it. Each fashion jewellery product page carries a note saying so.
What is covered
- Defects in workmanship or materials, such as broken solder joints, faulty clasps or settings, or stones that come loose under normal wear
- Repair or replacement with the same or an equivalent piece, at our discretion
What is not covered
- Normal wear, scratches, dents or tarnishing (natural for silver and easily cleaned)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, chemicals or unauthorised repairs
- Loss or theft
- Resizing or alterations
